"Pretty good, though not perfect"
I gave it 4 stars because my order from fazeproshop.com actually showed up exactly how I picked it. The size, color, and items were all right, which I wasn’t totally sure would happen. Shipping could’ve been quicker, but nothing was missing or messed up, so overall I’m happy enough with it.

The site was easy to get around, and the pages loaded fast, which I definitely appreciated. I found what I needed without too much hassle, and checkout was clear and straightforward. My only issue is the filters could be a lot better. If that doesn’t improve, I might end up looking somewhere else next time

"Packaging was actually solid"
Ordered from fazeproshop the packaging was way better than I expected. The box showed up clean, not all smashed up, and everything inside was wrapped up nice so it wasn’t sliding around. Pulled the item out and it looked perfect, no dents, no scratches, nothing. It’s a small thing, but fr, I always appreciate when stuff arrives safe.

"A little pricey"

"Good option if other shops are sold out"
I gave it 4 stars because the item I wanted was actually in stock and shipped without any issues. A couple of sizes were missing, so it wasn’t perfect, but it was still better than bouncing around to other shops and finding everything sold out. If you’re looking for something popular, it’s worth checking here early before your size disappears.

I had to return a hoodie from fazeproshop.com because the sizing didn’t feel right to me. In my experience, the return process was straightforward, and I was able to get the label without any real hassle. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the refund took a few days longer than I personally expected. It wasn’t a major issue, just a bit of a wait. Overall, I’d say it was a fine experience, and support got back to me reasonably well

"Cool design, just a little flashy for my taste"
I liked the overall look of fazeproshop.com. The black and red theme fits the brand really well, and the product pages are clean with clear photos, which is something I personally care about when shopping online. It didn’t feel cluttered, and I could find my way around easily. I’d probably give it 4 stars because a few sections were a bit too flashy for my personal standard, and I had to scroll more than I expected. Still, the site looks cool and was easy enough to use.

"Decent stuff, but customs was a bummer"
Ordered from fazeproshop.com the items showed up fine. Quality was decent and everything looked pretty much like the pics, so no major complaints there. The only thing that kinda sucked was the customs and duties fee. I had to pay extra when it arrived, which I wasn’t really expecting. Shipping also felt a bit slow because of all that. Not a total disaster or anything, but they def should make those extra costs clearer before checkout

I thought the shipping cost was reasonable, at least compared to some other places I’ve ordered from. It was nice that it showed clearly at checkout, and I don’t think there were any weird extra fees added on later. The package also arrived in a decent amount of time, so for what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’d probably order from here again.

"Colors were exactly as shown"
The colors looked just like the pictures, which was a relief because I was worried they might come in a totally different shade. No weird color difference at all. I’m still hoping any promised compensation or credit comes through, but as far as the actual item goes, the color was spot on.
