Order confirmation said shipping in 5-7 business days. Still waiting on shipping confirmation. Now they are pointing at FAQ with information not shared during ordering or order confirmation (no refund, no cancel, no exchange, and up to 21 days to ship).
The company behind this site is Wanderset, Inc. That's the name used for Paypal, and likely by credit card companies. Try to cancel through them!

Since my previous review, our hoodie order was received in good condition on 1/26/14. Today I received a follow-up email from FazeClan Apparel which included an explanation for the unfortunate delay (new company - first holiday season - more orders than they ever anticipated) AND - more importantly, an apology.
Mega retailers (Target, Walmart, Amazon) could learn a lot from the sincere action on the part of the customer service person at FazeClan who took personal responsibility for the problem and worked to turn around my unhappiness with the company by reaching out to me with a much appreciated apology and explanation.
GREAT move!

My order number 45936 and after getting an e-mail confirmation to my order in a week time i got an e-mail saying that my order was canceled for unforeseen circumstances can you please clarify the same and please asking about my money refund if in case it was really canceled.
